Our Chompers are sent with Australia Post Express Post and pricing is $9.95 for orders under 500g and $13.95 for orders between 500g and 3kg.
Orders received by 4pm will generally be posted the following business day providing we have sufficient stock available. As we make all our Chompers by hand in small batches there may occasionally be delays in shipping and we will notify you of an expected delivery time as soon as possible.
Our order confirmations and shipping notifications will come from firstname.lastname@example.org so add us to your address book to ensure the emails don't end up in your junk inbox.
Collection from my home in Bald Hills is also welcome. Orders can be placed and paid online or choose COD for payment at collection.
Refunds & Exchanges
Your Chomper order is 100% guaranteed. If you receive your order and you are not 100% satisfied please email me and I will arrange a full refund or a replacement order. Should your order arrive damaged or not arrive at all (excluding overseas orders that are detained by customs) please notify me by email or Facebook/Instagram message and
I will gladly arrange for new products to be mailed out to you at no charge.
Please note: As each Chomper is individually hand made in small batches there may be variations in colour, dimensions and texture between deliveries.
Please note that due to decreased flights and social distancing measures international shipping rates have increased to all destinations and delivery time is currently up to twice as long as normal depending on your location.
We have successfully shipped our treats many times to the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, and South Africa.
However, due to quarantine requirements in some countries we are not able to guarantee you will receive your order. Our product is meat based and we are not licenced to export. Please read our Refund & Exchange policy above before you place an order. Also all EU orders will be required to pay VAT when the parcel arrives in your country.
International shipping rates effective January 2022
If you would like to make sure you have maximised your shipping weight please place your order via the online store then message me before paying. I will be able to pack and weigh your order, and can add or remove treats to exactly meet the weight requirements.
Also, if you have any questions, or if your country is missing from the drop down selection, message me to see if your country is able to be shipped to, and the current pricing.
All international orders are delivered via your country's local mail service and will receive a local tracking number once they are in your country.
They can then be tracked on your mail providers website.
If you have a special doggy or kitty cat friend that you would like us to to send treats to as a gift, you are very welcome to order and pay online, just making sure to add their address in the shipping section. Leave a note at the checkout with the message you would like included.
